Nancy Alline Landrum Bolding, 83, of Texas City, Texas passed away on May 6, 2017. She was born in Smith Community of Wood County, Texas on August 27, 1933 to Huie David and Lila Faye Landrum. She was married to William Dort Bolding for 40 years. Nancy had a career at Mainland Medical Center formally known as Galveston County Memorial Hospital for 26 years as a charge nurse on O.B. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and had a passion for reading and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Huie David Landrum and Lila Faye Faulk Landrum; spouse William Dort Bolding; sister Mary Nell Landrum Pickle; and granddaughter Jamie Alline Williams Graham.

Nancy is survived by her daughter Rebecca Ann Bolding Bright and spouse Edward Michael Bright of Clear Lake; son Garner Randolf (Randy) Bolding of Texas City; daughter Christie Diann Bolding Quigg of Texas City; David Robert Gates of Houston; Laurie Anne Stelly Bolding of La Marque; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 7 nieces; 13 nephews; 2 brothers and 2 best friends.

The family will receive guests on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas 77598 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Nancy’s Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
