She was married to William Dort Bolding for 40 years. Nancy had a career at Mainland Medical Center formally known as Galveston County Memorial Hospital for 26 years as a charge nurse on O.B. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and had a passion for reading and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Huie David Landrum and Lila Faye Faulk Landrum; spouse William Dort Bolding; sister Mary Nell Landrum Pickle; and granddaughter Jamie Alline Williams Graham.
Nancy is survived by her daughter Rebecca Ann Bolding Bright and spouse Edward Michael Bright of Clear Lake; son Garner Randolf (Randy) Bolding of Texas City; daughter Christie Diann Bolding Quigg of Texas City; David Robert Gates of Houston; Laurie Anne Stelly Bolding of La Marque; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 7 nieces; 13 nephews; 2 brothers and 2 best friends.
The family will receive guests on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Forest Park East Funeral Home and Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas 77598 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Nancy’s Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.
