He was the son of Elbert "Dude" and Geraldine Garland Cook. Jimmie was a resident of Marble Hill, Missouri at the time of his passing. He was married to Phyllis E. Flath. A Memorial Service will be held at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Micah Bristow will officiate. Inurnment will follow at a later date in Cook Cemetery at Scopus.
