Lloyd D. (Denny) Reynolds, Jr., age 57, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Miami, OK to Lloyd and Betty (Scoles) Reynolds, he spent most of his life traveling with the military. Most recently he
lived in Kailua- Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Denny attended elementary school at Southwest City and graduated from McDonald County High School in 1977. He attended Patterson Heights Church from his birth until
joining the Air Force. As a child, he loved the outdoors and spent his days roaming around the family dairy farm. Denny continued to enjoy working outside with his hands later in life, as the owner of a landscaping business. He also had a passion for woodworking, making ornate furniture and collectibles for his family.

Denny served in the U.S. Air Force for nearly 18 years and was twice awarded the Meritorious Service Medal and Air Force Achievement Medal, as well as the Air Force Commendation Medal. From 1990 to 1995, he served in support of Operation Desert Storm/Shield, including a stint in Saudi Arabia, and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Southwest Asia Service Medal for his service during the conflict.

Denny is survived by his mother, Betty Reynolds, of San Antonio, TX; his two daughters, Amy Warren and her husband Randy, of Bella Vista, AR and Megan Beadle and her husband David, of Orlando, FL; and his wife Neontha (Hathcock) Reynolds. He is also survived by his sister Linda Wilson and her husband Don, of San Antonio, TX; his brother Keith Reynolds and his wife Becky, of San Antonio, TX; the mother of his children, Diana Reynolds, of Bella Vista, AR; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended and step-family, and other friends. Denny also leaves behind three beautiful granddaughters, Annabelle Leigh, Ava Claire, and Madeleine Camille, and several step-grandchildren whom he loved dearly.

Denny was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 8, 2017 at l0 am at Patterson Heights Baptist Church outside of Anderson, MO. Pastor Fred Mills will officiate. Burial will follow at the G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK.
