Born in Fort Kent, ME, Roger was a Newington resident for the past 40 years, was a US Army veteran of World War II, and was formerly employed by Dugas Enterprises, Newington. He was a member of the VFW Post #10338 and the Knights of Columbus Council #3884.
As well as his wife, Roger is survived by his two brothers, Reno Ouellette of Fort Kent, ME, and Paul Ouellette of Maryland; his sister, Jacqueline Madore of Southington, CT; and several nieces and nephews.
Roger's Memorial Mass was held Monday, at Saint Mary's Church. Interment was at Saint Luce Catholic Cemetery in Frenchville, Maine.
