Mrs. Patsy Todd, 82, a resident of Union City, died May 5, 2017 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at White-Ranson Funeral Home. Dr. Chris Gooch, and the Revs. Justin Hiens and Eddie Mallonee will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Marty Lannom, Brad Moon, Greg Bowers, Dr. Kirk Stone, Kevin Johnson, Roger Woodward, and Richard Arnold.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Hardee's Coffee Club.

Memorials may be sent to Second Baptist Church Building Fund.

She was born October 20, 1934 in Obion County to the late Carlos Dew "C.D." Parr and Roxie (Summar) Parr. She married Leonard Todd August 12, 1972. He survives. She was a member of Second Baptist Church.

Survivors also include three sons and daughter-in-laws of two; James and Sherry Whaley of Dresden; Terry and Cindy Todd of Chattanooga; Charles Todd of Wayne County; two daughters and one son-in-law; Jackie Woodruff of Union City; Tracy and Brad Boucher of Union City; 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren;three brothers; Bobby Parr of Brentwood; Bobby Parr of Troy; Don Parr of South Fulton; and a Sister; Frances "Sugar" Clark of Midwest City, OK.

She was preceded in death by a son, Mike Todd; a daughter, Carol Anne Eobbell; a sister, Peggy Tucker; and two brother, Billy Parr, and Carlos Dew, Jr.
