Funeral services for Dorothy Dee West, age 85, will be 2:00PM Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at the Harvest Assembly of God Church, Oak Grove, La with Rev. Bill Bearden and Rev. Chris Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Redwing Cemetery near Oak Grove. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Visitation will be Monday at the Harvest Assembly of God Church from 9AM - 9PM.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Hilton V. West; parents: William B. Alexander and Mattie Horn Alexander; 2 brothers: Charles and Joe Alexander; sister: Abi Garrett.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter: Barbara King & husband Jay of Nevada, Texas; son: Hilton Dan West & wife Leah Ann of Harrison, Arkansas; daughter: Diane Ainsworth & husband L.D. "Dayton" of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter: Evelyn Gillihan & husband Ron of Davis, Oklahoma; son: William "Bill" West & wife Claudia of Woodward, Oklahoma; brother: Albert Alexander & wife Linda of Oak Grove, Louisiana; sister: Betty Carkeet & husband Hulon of Bossier City, Louisiana; Numerous nieces & nephews; Host of friends.
