Carol Ann Curtis, 62, of Akron, passed away on January 2, 2016. She was born in Akron on the 21st of January 1953, to the late Ruby and Neal Salsgiver.
Carol loved people and made friends everywhere she went. She had a spontaneous personality and loved making crafts with her grandchildren. Her Children and Grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brother David Salsgiver; and son, Matthew Hardman. She will be deeply missed by her husband, John Richards; daughters, Samanda (Jeff) Tuechler and Kelsey Curtis; brothers, Bob Salsgiver and Bruce (Patty) Salsgiver; grandchildren, Elijah and Ruby Tuechler; and many close friends including Wendy Pinkerton, Mallory Pinkerton, Gail Weaver, and Roger Curtis.
Visitation was Thursday, the 7th of January 2016, from 5-7 followed by a 7:00 p.m. Memorial Service at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., Akron Ohio.
