While stationed at West Point, Peter served in the Honor Guard for President John F. Kennedy’s inauguration. Peter retired as a Sergeant from the Marblehead Police Force after more than 40 years of service.
Peter was preceded in death by Beverly, his wife of 53 years. Peter is survived by his three children, Lianna Savage and her husband Richard, Peter S. Clark, and Joseph B. Clark and his wife Lori, his sister Lianne Schramm, and his two brothers David Clark and George Clark III. Peter is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Memorial service for Peter will be held at Waterside Cemetery, Marblehead, MA, on Tuesday, April 25th at 1pm. For those who also wish to pay their respects to Beverly, they will be interned together. There will be no wake. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to either the American Heart Association or St. Jude’s Hospital.
