Mrs. Alice Celestia Bigler Perry, 63, wife of Joseph Francis Perry, 464 College St., Idaho Falls, died at an Idaho Falls hospital Saturday evening after a short illness.

Mrs. Perry was born Jan. 29, 1912 at Wilford, a daughter of Mark Samuel and Mary Alice Davis Bigler. She grew up in Wilford and St. Anthony where she attended schools.

She was married to Mr. Perry April 5, 1933, in the Salt Lake City, Utah LDS Temple. They lived in Ashton, Declo, Monteview, Washington State, Salt Lake City and Idaho Falls.

She was an active member of the LDS Church, where she was active in a number of organizations, did temple work and served as a guide at the visitor's center of the Idaho Falls temple.

She is survived by her widower of Idaho Falls; five children, Mark Perry of Clearfield, Utah, Jon Perry of Newdale, Jorj Perry of Tucson, Ariz., Jess Perry of Kemmerer, Wyo., Mrs. Douglas (Mayme) Marriott of Salt Lake City, Utah; a sister, Asenath Bigler of Salt Lake City, two brothers, Peary Bigler of Hayward, Calif. and Gene Bigler of San Bernardino, Calif.; 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A son, two sisters and two brothers preceded her in death.

Funeral will be conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Idaho Falls 9th and 14th LDS Ward Chapel with Bishop Terry Hopkins of the 9th Ward officiating. The family will receive friends Monday at the Williams Funeral Home, Idaho Falls from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday at the relief society room at the church from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services.

Interment will be in the Wilford Cemetery.
