Ruth Miller Bradbury Van Den Arend, 85 passed away peacefully 7 Nov 2013 at Mountain Ridge Assisted Living in Ogden, Utah.She was born in Ogden, Utah 28 Nov 1927 a daughter of Chauncey and Louesa Miller. She married Jeter Edward Jones. They had one daughter and two sons. They later divorced. She married Cecil Bradbury 14 Nov 1959. They had two sons. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple. He preceded her in death 22 Dec 1985. On 23 Aug 1991 she married Johannes "John" Van Den Arend.

Ruth loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed camping, gardening and was an avid doll collector. She was a member of the LDS Church. She worked at McKay Dee Hospital.

Despite significant health problems, Ruth remained positive and cheerful. She was a role model for those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 11 brothers and sisters.
