Stonie was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Luther & Virginia Amburgey. Mr. Stonie Amburgey was also preceded in death by One Son, William Mullins and Four Sisters, Bresa Gibson, Lillie Green, Rita Deaton, Teresa Amburgey.
Mr. Stonie Amburgey leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife, Patricia Amburgey of Vicco, KY; Daughter, Melissa Ann Gray of Hazard, KY; Four Brothers, Herman Amburgey of Kodak, KY, Rocky Amburgey of Bowling Green, KY, Cornellius Amburgey of Ohio, Luther L. Amburgey of Mt. Sterling, KY; Two Sisters, Barbara Eversole of Auburn, KY, Millie Amburgey of Jenkins, KY; Grandchild, Sara David Gray of Jenkins, KY and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
Funeral Services for Mr. Stonie Amburgey will be conducted on Saturday May 6, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Kodak Holiness Pentecostal Church with Rev. Manuel Grace officiating. The Internment will follow in the Amburgey Family Cemetery located at Kodak, KY. The visitation will be at the Engle- Bowling Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
