Randy Ingle, age 57, of Ferry Road, Forest City, passed away on Monday, May 1, 2017 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Born September 17, 1959 in Rutherford County, he is a son to Marie Smith Ingle of Forest City and the late Homer Dean Ingle. Randy was a graduate of Chase High School, class of 1977 and owned and operated Caroleen Manufacturing for over thirty years. He was a Past-Master of the Cliffside Masonic Lodge #460 and a 32nd degree Mason. Randy attended Temple Baptist Church and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Harrell Ray Childress.

Besides his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his wife of thirty-eight years, Karen Greene Ingle; two sons, Dean Ingle and wife, Shanna of Gaffney and Clint Ingle and wife, Christie of Forest City; a daughter, Kiley Beaver and husband, Birch of Mooresboro; four sisters, Sherry Cook and husband, Jimmy of Gaffney, Mona Barkley and husband, Jr. of Huntersville, NC, Sonda Childress of Forest City and Finis Clary and husband, Scott of Boiling Springs, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Lauren Ingle, Joe Ingle, Tysun Layne Beaver, Christian Beaver, Myra Beaver, Kelsey Ingle and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Kevin Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery with Masonic Rites being rendered by members of the Cliffside Masonic Lodge #460. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
