Bobby Ray Stanton, 73, of Center Valley, went to be with his Lord, Monday, May 1, 2017 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

He was born November 9, 1943 in Russellville to James Otto Stanton and Ella Amanda Lay.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Don Stanton.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Floy Stanton; three daughters, Karen and husband Doug Faries, Loretta and husband Craig McKenzie, Melody and husband Joseph Armer; eleven grandchildren; Evan and wife Kiera Faries; Caleb, James and Joe Faries, Lance, Katelyn and Corban McKenzie; Faith, Daxton and Chase Armer; great grandson, DonEvan Faries; two brothers, James and wife Jeanne Stanton, Billy and wife Harriet Stanton, several nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation is 5-7pm, Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel.

Service will be 10am, Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Russellville Family Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Ervin Petty officiating.

Burial will be in Old Baptist Cemetery in Center Valley, under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.

Pallbearers will be Evan Faries, Caleb Faries, Lance McKenzie, Billy W. Stanton, James Stanton, Mark Thompson, Justin Smith and Eric Smith.
