Robert E. Keffer "Bob" age 84 born January 18, 1933 to the late Edward and Lucy Keffer . Passed on March 24, 2017 at Mount Carmel West Hospital. Also preceding him in death is his infant son Robert Jr., daughter Katie brother Eddie , sister and brother-in-law Adrian and Dick Beavers , Virginia and Jack Williams and grand daughter Casey. Survived by son Shawn, daughter Robin(Bud) Simmons. Grandchildren Dustin, Nikki, Amber, Chad and Krissa. Several great grandchildren. Sister Patty(Dick) Brooker, Brothers Jerry(Donna) Keffer and Dick Keffer. Numerous nieces and nephews. Bob was a graduate of Holy Rosary High School, a US Air Force veteran. Retired from Ironworkers Local 172 . He played semi pro football and was a Golden Glove boxing champion. He will be missed by his family many friends and especially his beloved dog" Lily". Visitation Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the MAEDER- QUINT- TIBERI FUNERAL HOME, 1068 S. High St. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM Thursday at Our Mother Of Sorrows Chapel 6440 S. High St. on the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery. Father Jeff Rimelspach Officiating. Burial to follow.
