June was born in Nova Scotia, Canada, to the late Louis Wells and Daisy (Bezanson) Wells, but was raised by her grandparents in Vermont. In 1940, she married Victor Tellstone. They had 50 wonderful years together until his death in Dec 1990.
For several years, June had a successful Stanley Home Products business. She was jewelry dept. manager at Kings Dept. store for nine years and then office manager at the Senior Citizens Council for 11 years.
She is survived by two children, Karen Tellstone McKay and her husband Fred Fischer of FL and Rand Tellstone and his wife Pat of Glens Falls; five grandchildren; seven g-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Donald Wells and Lee Wells.
