William M. Maulsby married Lydia Hall, daughter of William G. and Nancy Hall, July 5, 1832. Their first home was in Wayne county, Indiana, William being a farmer. Later they moved to Porter county, buying a farm, where they lived, until William's death. William's widow married Henly Thomas.

He held the office school director. He married Sarah G. Dotty Dec. 1877 . She was born in Inaiana. He has three children by former marriage, Mary A, Sebbens and Sherman. Mrs Bash has one child by former marriage Blanche E Doty.

In 1905 Sarah Bash was living in the poor farm Washington township Marshall Co Iowa. It later was known as the Marshall co. Home which is no longer there. Went to the courthouse and looked for her death record there no record of her death and also looked at the county home deaths in find a grave and her name was not listed so was Sarah Bash one of the forgotten people ? I was told that the county home death records were not kept up so is Sarah buried there??????
