Justin Kyle Rogers, age 22, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017, and is now at peace and in the arms of his Heavenly Father.

He was born September 10, 1994 in Wilmington, North Carolina. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bruce Rogers.

Justin graduated from Hoggard High School in Wilmington in 2013. He enjoyed Atlanta Braves Baseball, had a love of sugary snacks of all kinds and listening to his favorite music on his IPod. Justin loved to walk and could be found walking his favorite paths in Rocky Point or Castle Hayne with a frequent stop at his grandmother’s house.
Left to cherish his memory are his devoted parents, Doug Ramsey Rogers and Heather Chaney Rogers of Rocky Point, NC; brother, Josh Taylor Rogers; paternal grandmother, Gail Rogers; maternal grandfather, Dennis Chaney and wife Gail; maternal grandmother, Pam Idol and husband James; numerous other loving family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 PM until 8 PM Monday, May 1, 2017 at Quinn McGowen Wilmington Chapel.

A funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Cape Fear Free Will Baptist Church, 5350 Holly Tree Road, Wilmington, NC 28409 with Pastor Pat Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Oleander Memorial Gardens.
