Viola Virginia Lynn, 96, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017 at St. Ann's Hospital. She was born in Jerusalem, OH on June 21, 1920 to the late Edward and Clara (Reischman) Miller. Vi was 13 of 15 children. After raising her family in Columbus, Viola was employed at and retired from Schottenstein's Dept. Store. Harry and Vi became snow birds wintering in Largo, FL. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church since 1968. Viola is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harry Lynn; she is survived by devoted children, Michael (Diane) Lynn of Columbus, Timothy (Gayla) Lynn of Virginia Beach, VA, and Mary Lu (Marty) Flint of Westerville; grandchildren, Alex Lynn, Bryan Flint and Sarah Flint. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Road, Columbus, Ohio 43229. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 10 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1300 Urban Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43229. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
