Marianne Cole, beloved wife, mother, and sister, passed peacefully 4/29/2016 at home with her children Pat Olmstead, Terri, Frank, and Tom Cole, and Mitzi Cieslak at her side. She is preceded in death by her son Michael, granddaughter Jessica, and brother Sam. She was a devout Catholic of St. Luke parish, Shoreline Washington. Her scholarly accomplishments in languages and sciences at St. Louis University led to a distinguished career in medical technology at management level and as a volunteer with the Red Cross during wartime. Her life is celebrated again today by her surviving children and friends at Holy Rood Cemetery, where she will be laid beside her beloved husband Frank.
