Dr. Russell Lee Turner, Jr, M.D. was born December 22, 1926 in Houston to the late Russell Lee Turner Sr. and Marion Grambling Turner. He honorably served his country in the United States Army in World War II Airborne 11th Division.
Dr. Turner was a lifelong member of the Reagan Masonic Lodge #1037 in Houston.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Novely Ann Turner.
Survivors: Daughter, Anne Turner Wyatt and husband, John; son, Clinton Lee Turner and wife, Charlene; grandson, John Cyrus Turner; and granddaughter, Emily Evelyn Turner.
