Roscoe T. Knapp, a former Vancouver resident, died June 20, 2000, in a Madras nursing home.
He born Feb. 8, 1908, in Goldendale, Wash. He lived in Vancouver from 1961 until March this year.
Mr. Knapp was a Greyhound bus driver and a mechanic. He was a member of the Machinist Union.
He loved to travel and was a member of the Good Sam Recreational Vehicle Club. During WWII he was a Coast Guard volunteer
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn E., of Vancouver; one daughter, Carol Pederson of Oregon City; one son, Roscoe L. of Roseburg, Ore; one stepson, Don Berger of Vancouver; and several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service later.
