Victoria was born in Rockingham County to the late John Christian Scott and Patricia Perdue Whitebread. She loved her family especially her son Gabriel. She had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed the ocean. She loved fishing and her smile brightened every room she ever walked into. She was preceded in death by her father John Christian Scott and her uncle Roman Scott.
Survivors include her son, mother,step father, step mother, three brothers, grandfather, grandmother, step grandfather, grandparents, Step grandparents, two aunts and a large extended family.
