Surviving are son, Ronald, Trenton, Ont.; daughter, Marie Alexander, Halifax; brother, Roy, Lawrencetown, Annapolis Co.; sisters, Eileen Stevens, St. Margarets Bay; Roxie Ryan, Betty Deveau, Dartmouth; Mildred Glister, Gladys Pelton, Wolfville; Marion Baker, Digby County; Dorothy Acker, Halifax; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter; brothers, Bobby, Bill, Harry; sisters, Marjorie and Frannie Acker, Nellie Spencer. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Saturday, OES service 7:15 p.m. Saturday, Rebekah Lodge service 7:45 p.m. Saturday, all in H.C. Lindsay Memorial Chapel, 192 Commercial St., Berwick.
