Funeral services for Mary Foster, 86, are to be held at 2PM, Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Light House Tower of Prayer with Reverend Walter Kauhlman officiating. Pallbearers will be Wayne Baker, Chance North, Eugene Baker, Dylan Baker, Paul Blaylock, Beau Shiever, Kevin Roach, and Mike Baker. She will be laid to rest at Hilltop Cemetery under the direction of Hudson Phillips Funeral Home.
Mary Foster was born November 21, 1930 in MInco, Oklahoma and passed away April 27, 2017 in Holdenville, Oklahoma. Born to Tom and Letha (Forbes) Fauver.
Mary married Lawrence Baker and had three children. They loved to grow fresh veggies and have a produce stand where they sold their crop and enjoyed visiting with the customers. She loved being a homemaker and caring for her family. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting.
After Lawrence's passing, she married Lester Foster. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leonard Baker, husband Lester Foster; as well as her siblings Alice, Elsie, Margie, George, her twin Johnny, Judge, Mattie, and Earlene.
Mary leaves behind her children: Shirley and Jerry Richards, Tony and Ramona Baker, all of Calvin; grandchildren: Sondra Blaylock and husband Paul of Calvin, Tawanna Manuel of Calvin, Alicia Shievers and husband Beau of Eufaula, Beth Roach and husband Kevin of Killeen, Texas, and Dylan Baker and Alicia Shackelford of Calvin, great-grandchildren Ella, Marni, Liv, Paxton, Shadie, Chance, Mya, Macy, Clea, Zander, and Kamdyn, and great-great-granddaughter Lorali, sisters Velma Hoehner of Minco, and Ruth Hayes of Hinton; as well as many more friends and family who will miss her.
