Brenda Lee Braden, 57, of Monroe, LA formerly of Oneonta, AL passed away on April 25, 2017. Mrs. Braden enjoyed volunteering at local nursing homes for several years and doing crafts. She was as a Desk Clerk in Hotel Operations.

She is preceded in death by parents, James and Opalee Wynn Staton; son, Brett Bergeron; and sister, Dianna Pugh.

Survivors include brother, Larry Staton (Juanita) of Oneonta; nieces, Jean Mosley (Allen) of Pinson and Shannon Young (Warwick) of Perth, Australia; nephew, Shane Staton (Melissa) of Molino, FL; great nieces, Jasper Mosley of Pinson and Caitlyn Young of Perth, Australia.

Bro. Aubrey Glasscock will officiate funeral services on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11AM from the Chapel of Lemley Funeral Home with burial following at Nectar Cemetery. Mrs. Braden will lie in state at Lemley Funeral Home on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 5:30PM until 8PM and on Saturday from 8AM until service time.

Pallbearers: Mike Wynn, Shane Staton, Brian Biles, Stephen Abel, Rick Huffstutler and Thurmon Wynn.
