Donita Kay Green, 59, formerly Simpson and Hope, of Centralia, passed away April 17, 2017, of pulmonary fibrosis and congestive heart failure.
Donita was born July 21, 1957, in Florence, Ore., and moved to Chehalis when she was nine years old. She has lived most of her life in the Chehalis-Centralia area.
She is survived by her daughter, Jodi (Simpson) Alexander; son, Joshua Green (Simpson); grandchildren, Rhogan, Haylea, Earlie, Thomas, Dylan and Aiden, siblings, Janeice Place, Debbie Lehmann, Edgar Green, Darla VonMoos, Rodney Green, Diann Raymorr, Jeffrey Collins and their spouses; and aunts, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life potluck will be held April 29, 2017, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., at The Creekside Event Center, formerly Mary McCranks, in Chehalis. Please bring your favorite dish.
