Donald Anthony Keith Belanger was born on October 3, 1951 in Los Angeles County, California, the son of Emery Joseph Belanger (1915–1996) and Helen Katherine (Bartell) Belanger (1911–1992).
Not to be neglected are the four-legged companions in our family, and their order of being adopted: 1st was Giacomo (1992–2004), 2nd was Valentino (1996–2008) and 3rd & 4th together were Lucy (2006–Apr 2021) and Charlie Brown (2008–Sep 2021).

When I die, it is my wish that my body be cremated [already prepaid], and my ashes mingled with those of our 4-legged companions Giacomo, Valentino, Charlie Brown and Lucy, and eventually with those of my spouse Sydney Mike "Syd" Gardner (1939– ). At that time, the ashes are to be scattered in some appropriate part of the High Desert of San Bernardino County, California.
This is a pre-need memorial for Don Belanger, and this initial notation is to be deleted when my final bio is inserted here.
