James J. Moreno passed away April 24, 2017, in Pueblo. Jim was born March 19, 1928, in Canon City, Colo., to James and Catherine Moreno. Jim was a member of Pueblo Elks Lodge No. 90. He loved the outdoors and will be remembered as a people person. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Margie. His survivors include his children, Neil (Vicki) Moreno and Noreen (Patrick) Willett; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Nick, Aaron and Jimmy; great-grandchildren, Hannah, JJ and Ben; his sisters, Margaret Javernick and Maryann Teague; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 28, 2017, in the Davis Memorial Chapel, with Fraternal Memorial Rites by Pueblo Elks Lodge No. 90.
