Sally Mae (Anderson) Jackson was the beloved daughter of the late Bennie and Mary (Martin) Anderson Sr. She was born, and raised in Hempstead, New York. There she attended the Hempstead public Schools, and graduated from Hempstead High School. During her childhood she regularly attended South Hempstead Baptist Church, with her family. She was very active in many of the youth activities.
Sally and her husband were the proud and devout parents of two sons and three daughters, All throughout the years, her children brought her so much joy and pride. Sally's grandchildren followed the same example, and Sally continually glorified, and praised her awesome, and loving Savior. Her adult years was spent at the Word of Life Church in Freeport, New York. There she devoted many of her talents and faithfully participated. Sally was a well known, and much loved director of the church's bookstore. Her gift was also visible in the family book she wrote concerning her faith, and the Lord's blessings on her, and her family. Sally was also a dedicated and faithful employee at Freeport High School, until her retirement.
Sally was predeceased by her parents Bennie and Mary, brothers Robert Lee, Albert Lee, and sisters Irene and Elizabeth. She leaves behind to continue her beautiful legacy her five children, grand and great grandchildren, two brothers, one sister, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and dear friends.
