Jean is survived by a sister, Carolyn B. Waller; brothers, Neal Baynes and Ray Baynes. She was also predeceased by three sisters, Edna Parker, Cecile Hardy and Lillie Moore; a brother, Charlie Baynes.
Burial will be in Highland Burial Park.
