Morris L. "Red" Brock, 69, Martinsville, formerly of Seymour, died at 2:45 p.m. Feb. 3, 2007, at The Waters of Martinsville. He was born Oct. 24, 1937, in Attalia, Ala., he was the son of the late Rufus M. and Bizzie Lee (Beard) Brock.
Survivors include a daughter, Theresa Linnabary of Seymour; a son, Stephen Brock of Martinsville; two sisters, Pauline Vonfange of Seymour and Mary Denson of Tennessee; a brother, Charles Robert Brock of Seymour; and two grandchildren, Lucas and Kara. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Bryant; and two brothers, Rufus Lee "R.L." Brock and an infant brother.
He retired as a truck driver from Weyerhaeuser in Seymour. He was a member of the Eagles.
