He worked for Western Electric and became the love of her life. They married on April 4, 1959 and recently celebrated their 58th anniversary.

She is predeceased by her father and mother, Cecil and Opal Perkins Jordan, her sister-in- law, Mary Jordan.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 58 years, Cecil William Curry, who resides in the Grace Care Center at Northpointe. In addition, she is survived by their three daughters, Janice Whitman-Vierus and husband Gary, Nancy Nicholson, and Cathy Williams and husband Michael.

Joyce was a wife, a mother, an aunt, a friend, and a very sweet, special woman. Her career in life was taking care of Cecil and the three girls. She managed all of the finances in the Curry home and she knew how to save a dime and make it turn into a dollar. She enjoyed being a mother and later a Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother. Joyce will be missed by those who knew her and loved her.
