Audrey was a homemaker and member of Corinth Church of Christ. Audrey was my 3rd. cousin on my Daddy's side. I was extremely close to Audrey. She was to me, a very interesting person. She was an excellent gardener. She raised beautiful flower beds. She knew pretty much anything you would want to know about gardening. She taught my brother, Michael, how to raise his flowers and such. She was interested in our family's history and loved to tell it to us to preserve our family stories and such. Her favorite flower was a Bleeding Heart. She had beautiful huge Bleeding Heart plants. She liked birdhouses for our local birds. She was a hard worker at anything she did. She told me that she went thru the 8th. grade in school and then dropped out so she could help iron and cook and such to make it easier on the family so her older brother, Marion, could finish school. She took care of stuff around the house for her Daddy and brother. Her mother passed away when she was only 4 years old. She loved antique stuff, and had alot of it. She had dolls and stuff from when she was a little girl. She kept everything like that. I miss Audrey with all my heart. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of her. She was trully an angel on Earth to me.
