Jan McBride Anderson, 52 of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, passed away Saturday evening April 22, 2017. Jan is preceded in death by her parents, Everett McBride and Janet McBride. She is survived by her husband Tim Anderson, son Justin Anderson; brothers, Terry and Jeff McBride, several nieces and nephews, and special sister and friend Celeste Dubois.
Jan loved to be with family and friends. She always enjoyed giving gifts and time with family. She can be described as a person with a true heart of a servant.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7, on Friday, April 28th, at the Weatherford Mortuary in Oak Ridge; a Celebration of Life to follow at 7pm. A graveside service will be at 12:00 pm (CST) Saturday at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Warren Co., TN. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be mailed to The University of Tennessee Cancer Institute, The Development Office, University of Tennessee Medical Center, 2121 Medical Center Way, Suite 100, Knoxville, TN 37920.
