Terry Killingsworth Hendricks, 62 passed away Friday, April 21, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center. She was retired as a medical transcriber with different hospitals. She was very active with the Boys and Girls Club in Belhaven. Terry was preceded in death by her father, Robert Benjamin Killingsworth and her grandmother, Mary Whitfield. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday evening at Garner Funeral Home, Kinston.Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from Westview Cemetery.Survivors include her mother, Helen Killingsworth of Washington; her daughter, Terry Michelle Phillips Garrish and husband, Rayford of Washington; her sister, Beth J. Harrell and husband, Andy of Maysville; her brothers, Gary "Bud" Killingsworth of Washington and Todd Jarman and wife, Suzanne of Belhaven; four grandchildren, Connor, Kendall, Cameron and Chance; nieces and nephews, Tyler, Kaleb, their mother, Diane and Hannah, Austin, Haley, Arron and Jonathan.Garner Funeral Home is assisting the family.
