Karen Edens Lowe, 44, of 113 Williamsburg Way, died Sunday, July 23, 2006, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Easley, she was a daughter of James W. and Wanda Lee Stokes Edens of Easley. She was a 1980 graduate of Easley High School and attended Mount Airy Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother.

Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, Roy Steve Lowe of the home; a son, Alex Steven Lowe of the home; a daughter, Madison Leigh Lowe of the home; two sisters, Cindy Hood, Wanda Patterson, both of Easley; and a grandson, Dillon Scott Gore.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home -- Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family is at the home of her parents, 806 Brushy Creek Road, Easley, SC 29642.

Robinson Funeral Home, 1425 Powdersville Road, is assisting the family with arrangements.
