Dana L. Cunningham, 64, of Parkersburg, died April 21, 2017, at Camden Clark Medical Center.
She was born July 10, 1952, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Orville and Ola Batten Hartley.
She enjoyed flower gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and was a mother to everyone. She also attended Downtown Bethel.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas M. Cunningham; three children, Willard Jack “John” Blackwell III, Trina (Shane) Cunningham and Cassandra Cunningham, all of Parkersburg; five grandchildren, Ian and Asher Cunningham, Ryan, Brittany and Jeremiah Blackwell; two brothers, Ray and Rodney Hartley, and one sister, Juanita Hartley all of Parkersburg; close friends, Velma Beha and Jane Frances Hofbauer; and special cousins, Jim and Terry Bayer.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two children, Willard Jack “Jackie” Blackwell I and Willard Jack “Will” Blackwell II; and two brothers, Dave and Don Hartley.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Janet Richards officiating. Burial will be private at a later date. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
