Eileen was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and belonged to the Elmhurst Symphony Auxiliary, Volunteer at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, a member of Immaculate Conception CCW and longtime employee of Marshall Fields. Beloved wife of the late Emil P.; loving mother of Lois (Ray) Voss, Richard (Cindy), Donald (Patricia), Tim (Michelle) and Tom (Dawn) Nensel; proud grandmother of Matthew, Anne Marie, Madeline, Phillip, Amelia, Anna, April, Julie, Larry, Michael, Daniel, Melissa, Shelby and Brittany and the late T.J.; great-grandmother of Samuel, Laura, Ashley, Jessica, Heather, Joseph, Alexander, Natalie and Dominic; dear sister of Charles (Margaret) Schueppert and Lois (John) Wahl.
