Phillip W. Osborne, 67, of Williamstown, died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a retired machine operator from Balluf Inc., a member of Dry Ridge Baptist Church, and former coach of the Dry Ridge Golds Little League.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Kinmon Osborne; a son, Jeffrey W. Osborne of Florence; brothers, Terry Osborne of Williamstown and Donald Osborne of Butler; sisters, Doris Osborne and Norma Hedges, both of Dry Ridge, and Peggy Alexander of Florence; and one grandchild.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge. Memorials are suggested to Dry Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund, 19 Broadway, Dry Ridge, Ky. 41035.
