Jack was born on December 13, 1949, son of the late Pearly and Polly Gladys Culick Bryant. He was a member of Floyd Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, Red Oak hunting club and retired from Sumter Builders.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, PK Bryant and Keith Bryant.
