Fred Wesley Leonard, 76, of 2018 Shelby St., Bristol, Tenn., died Sunday, April 1, 1990, from injuries received in a March 17 automobile accident. He had lived most of his life in the Bristol area and was a member of the World Wide Church of God. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union No. 384 and the National Rifle Association. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lula M. Reedy Leonard; two daughters, Norma L. Leonard, Bristol Tennesee and Renee Leonard, Knoxville; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Walling, Mrs. Beulah Rogers and Mrs. Effie Bunn, all of Bristol Tennessee; and one brother, John Leonard, Lenoir City, Tenn.; three grandchildren; and two greatgrandchildren. Funeral services for Fred Wesley Leonard will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Donald Goodrum and the Rev. Tim Carlson officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tillman Johnson, Randy Montgomery, Jeff Snodgrass, Elee Leonard, V. D. Leonard, Johnny Lee Leonard, Earl Wood, Buddy Chapman and Roy Chapman. Honorary pallbearers will be remaining nephews and members of the Iron Workers Union No. 384.
