Leo Aloysius Brady, Jr., 92, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017 at home. He was the husband of Sarah L. (Stauffer) Brady for 69 years.
Born in York on December 22, 1924, Leo was the son of the late Leo A. Brady, Sr. And Marguerite E. (Reid) Brady.
Leo was a member of Saint Rose of Lima Church for 92 years. He was also a member of the Holy Name Society and was a Eucharistic Minister.
Leo, a machinist, retired from Federal Paper Board after 42 years of employment. He served his country honorably in WWII.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Saint Patrick Catholic Church with the Rev. Keith Carroll as celebrant. Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass. Burial with full miltary rites presented by the York County Veterans Honor Guard will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery.
In addition to his wife, Leo Brady is survived by two daughters, Jean Louise Miller and husband, Harry of Salisbury, MD and Kathy A. Moul of Dover; two granddaughters, Nicole Lynn Wagner and Danielle Kathleen Moul, MD; two great-grandchildren, Claire Elizabeth Wagner and Grant William Wagner.
