Clifton Leroy Clark went to be in the presence of the Lord on April 18, 2013 at the age of 85.
He was born June 8, 1927, in Wichita Falls, TX and spent most of his growing up years in Ft. Worth, TX. He worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 40 years. He loved the Lord with all of his heart and served faithfully in his church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Bettye Peeler Clark and his parents, Mora C. and Lucinda Ray Davis Clark.
He is survived by his daughter, Christi Clark Hardison, son-in-law John Hardison; granddaughter, Hannah Hardison all of Denton, and sister, Martha Buster of Greensboro, NC.
Services will be held at Restland Funeral Home of Dallas (Wildwood Chapel) on Tuesday, April 23, at 3:00 PM, no graveside. He will be buried at Laurel Land in Fort Worth. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Richardson, 1001 N Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080.
