Mrs. Sharon Kay Lynaugh, age 65, of Forrest City, died Wednesday at the St. Bernard's Hospital in Jonesboro. Her death came sudden and unexpected.

Mrs. Lynaugh was born June 14, 1951, in Wynne, and was the daughter of Preston 'Bill' Morgan and Alice Lucille Kay Morgan. She lived in St. Francis County all of her life and had worked for the Arkansas Revenue Office for many years. She was an employee of Debbie's Flowers for thirty-six years where she was family and always treated people like family. She was a member of the Light House Ministries Church.

Mrs. Lynauch married Jimmy A. Lynaugh in 1974 and after forty-two years of marriage he survives her along with two daughters; Tamara McKee, and husband, Terry, of Pangburn, Arkansas, and Gini Kay Adamson of Colt, one son, Morgan Williams, and wife, Krystal, of Colt, one brother, Jimmy Morgan of Russellville, Arkansas, one sister, Donna Sue Daniels McCain of Forrest City, four grandchildren; Wesley McKee, and wife, Sharee, of Pangburn, Kayla Williams, Garett Adamson, and Morgan Kay Adamson, all of Colt, and three great-grandchildren; Ashton McKee, Weston McKee, and Declan McKee, all of Pangburn. She had two brothers; Billy Don Morgan and Johnny Lee Morgan, who both preceded her in death.

Services for Mrs. Lynaugh will be held Graveside, 3:30 P.M. Saturday, at the Loughridge Cemetery in Colt. Visitation will be Friday evening, 6:00 till 8:00 P.M., at Stevens Funeral Home with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. You may log on to stevensfuneralhome.net for the on line registry.
