Funeral service for Roger D. Lambert, 72, of Priceville will be Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. P.J. Jenkins officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time.
Mr. Lambert, who died on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Marshall Medical Center North, was born July 10, 1944 in Priceville to John William Lambert and Avery Lee Rowe Lambert. He retired as a paper carrier for The Decatur Daily. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Connie Lambert and one brother, Anthony Lambert.
He is survived by one son, Chris Lambert of Falkville; two daughters, Chelly Thornton of Decatur and Jennifer Lambert of Guntersville; one brother, Bill Lambert of Priceville; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
