Perry H. Richardson, age 67, of New Castle, passed away Friday at his residence following his courageous battle with cancer. He was born April 24, 1942 in Albany, Kentucky to the late Walter B. and Dora Lee Stockton Richardson.

Perry had worked at different grocery stores in the area including Miller's IGA, Rhim's Grocery Store in Cambridge City, Harvest Market and was owner of Perry's Vending.

He enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling. Perry especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in New Castle.

Survivors include his children, Melinda Davis, Annette Wolf and Glenna Frantz; companion, Janet Driskill; sisters, Wilma Renita Lindsey and Arnell Goodwin; and a brother, George Wendell Richardson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma, in 2004; three brothers, Earl, James and Bazle; and a sister, Elizabeth.
