Michael Douglas Pass passed April 5, 2017 with his wife by his side. Born on August 18, 1952 in Rockwood, TN to Leonard and Mae Pass, he was a lifelong resident of Spencer Township. Married to Susan (Blaine) for 43 years, father to Liz (Earl) Underwood and Michael (Marita Brown) Pass, and grandfather to Jacob Underwood and Roanin Pass. His brothers, Glen and Everett Pass and sister, Ann Duncan, survived him also. Proeeded in death by his parents; sisters, Rose Partlow and June Franszewsi; brothers Sam and Bob Pass.
Mike was a little kid at heart, playing with cars his whole life, working at Toledo Auto Trim for many years, and restoring many classic cars and going to car shows with his family and friends. He had a funny sense of humor and enjoyed spending time in his garage, watching any kind of car racing, playing pool, or just enjoying a beer with his buddies. He also had a love for animals, taking in many stray dogs that became family pets.
The family would like to thank Linda and Sandy from Ohio Living Hospice for all their caring and support over the last three months.
A celebration of his life will be held on April 22, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. at Ventura's Restaurant (7742 W Bancroft St, Sylvania, OH). The family hopes those who knew and loved him can stop in to visit. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the Family ask for donations to Ohio Living Hospice, 1730 S.
