She was employed as a musician at the First Baptist Church in Hyannis.
She is survived by two sons, David Hawkins of Newton, and Daniel Hawkins of Anchorage, Alaska; one daughter, Janet Tower of Hudson; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial was in Plainville cemetery, and a memorial service will be held in the Centenary United Methodist Church in Attleboro at a later date.
