Robert Bailey "Bobby" Freeman, 69, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at his residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of P.I.C., U. S. Air Force veteran and member of Graham Lodge #208 F & AM. He was the son of the late Robert Freeman and Lillian Marie Timmons Freeman Headrick and husband of the late Veta Sue Stinson Freeman.
