Kathy was born June 27, 1956, in Spokane, WA. She moved to AK in March 1967, living in Kodiak. She also lived in Hawaii and OR, and did missionary work on the ship M/V Logos Hope which took her to several countries.
Kathy loved children. She had worked in the Homer Elementary School District as a teacher’s aide and worked primarily with children with special needs. Kathy was a member of the Christian Community Church in Homer.
She is survived by her parents, William and Glenda Rosenbalm, of Homer; brothers, sisters-in-law and nephews, Victor, Kimberly and Brady Duncan of Girdwood; and Stanley and Ginger Duncan and Dylan Dick of Kodiak.
Arrangements were by Peninsula Memorial Chapel.
